Welcome to Markup Axis (the "Service"), provided by Markup Axis ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related software (collectively, the "Service").

• "User Content" refers to Content uploaded or submitted by you or your users.
• "Service" refers to the Markup Axis web application, its features, tools, and all related services provided by us.
• "Account" refers to your unique registration and access point for the Service.

3Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account information updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

Restrictions:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to store or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use any automated system (e.g., "bots," "spiders") to access the Service.

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may, but are not obligated to, delete your User Content after a reasonable period post-termination.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Markup Axis and its licensors and suppliers from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any User Content you upload.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Accra, Ghana.

13Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
